Project Spotlight: Orpington Super Bowl Strip-Out

We recently undertook the complete strip-out of the former Orpington Super Bowl, situated on the challenging fifth floor of the Orpington shopping centre. This complex project required the entire removal of all bowling alleys, machinery, kitchens, and restaurant facilities back to the structural shell. Due to the location, all work was executed entirely by hand, with materials meticulously carried down five flights of stairs to external skips. Sustainability was a key focus, with wood, metal, and leisure equipment segregated for recycling wherever feasible. The works also included the safe, specialist removal of all identified asbestos-containing materials, ultimately leaving the extensive unit clear, safe, and prepared for its next phase.
